Yoga in the Library

Wellness Center invites you!

All students are invited to Yoga in the Library for some relaxation and recovery from the stress of midterms. Yoga is meant to alleviate mental and physical stress by combining movement and meditation in an effort to achieve peacefulness. Join us for an hour in the O'Shaughnessy Frey Library, Room 102, on Wednesday, October 26th from 7-8pm.

Yoga mats will be limited; if possible, bring your own!

No need to register, just show up ready for Yoga!
