Join the Wellness Center and Tommies Unplugged for some Yoga in the Library as part of our Technology Mindfulness Week.

Yoga is meant to alleviate mental and physical stress by combining movement and meditation in an effort to achieve peacefulness. Taking a break from technology to center yourself also helps to incorporate the goals of our first-annual Technology Mindfulness Week through Tommies Unplugged. Join us for an hour in Room 108 of the O'Shaughnessy Frey Library on Tuesday, February 21st from 7:30-8:30pm.

Yoga mats will be limited; if possible, bring your own. Five yoga mats will also be raffled off for registered participants, and free clementines are provided!
