Dr. Artika Tyner: author reading and book signing

Dr. Artika Tyner: author reading and book signing

Dr. Artika Tyner will read from and speak about her book, JUSTICE Makes a Difference!

Join us Thursday, March 8, at noon in the O'Shaughnessy Room for a conversation with Dr. Tyner as she shares her vision of motivating all of us to make a positive impact in the world.  Her book tells an exciting story about a young girl named Justice and her journey through her grandmother's library where she learns about the changemakers of our past -- from Shirley Chisholm to Charles Hamilton Houston.  These unheralded figures give Justice the right motivation to see herself one day making an impact in the world.

Dr. Tyner will speak on leadership - what it is, what it can be, how we can lead to help bring about social change.

We will look for you at Noon - bring your lunch if you wish - beverages and light dessert will be provided!

For more information about the author please read on.
